Do not take your own measurement. Compression garments require an accurate fit to function correctly. Be measured in your underwear only. Stand with your heels together and have the person measuring keep the tape straight. The tape should be placed over your hips, across the pubic bone and around the fullest part of your bottom. The tape should touch your body at all points but must not be pulled tight.

We recommend that you continue to wear your Restore garment to keep your pelvic floor muscles active thus reducing the risk of symptoms.
