PRICE & PAYMENT

The price of the Goods will be as displayed on the Pioneer Medical website at the time you place your order, except for goods supplied on FP10 or directly to the NHS.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately and will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

For online orders, the total price, including VAT and delivery (where applicable), will be displayed in your shopping basket prior to checkout.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

 

DELIVERY

UK Orders

UK orders are typically delivered within 3 working days from order acceptance, via courier or Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method.

International Orders

International orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days once cleared payment has been received. Delivery is normally within 7 working days from dispatch but may vary due to customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

Any customs duties, local VAT, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a specific delivery date has been agreed and cannot be met, we will notify you and offer either a revised delivery date or a full refund.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery times, delivery dates are not guaranteed and shall not be legally binding. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that accurate delivery details are supplied and that arrangements are in place to receive the goods.

TITLE & RISK

Ownership and risk in the Goods pass to you upon delivery.
