Hi-N-Dry Sheath Catheter System FAQs
What is Hi-N-Dry and how does it work?
Hi-N-Dry is a discreet urine collection system designed for use with sheath (condom) catheters. Instead of using a bulky leg bag, urine drains into a low-profile pouch that sits securely inside specially designed support briefs.
Who is Hi-N-Dry suitable for?
Hi-N-Dry is designed for men using sheath catheters, particularly after prostate surgery or for ongoing urinary incontinence. It is suitable for active and ambulatory users, as well as wheelchair users.
Can I wear Hi-N-Dry under normal clothing?
Yes. The pouch sits inside the support briefs, creating a discreet profile under everyday clothing. Many users choose it specifically to avoid the bulk and visibility of traditional leg bags.
What size should I choose?
The support briefs are available in different sizes. We recommend selecting your usual underwear size for a secure and comfortable fit. If unsure, refer to the sizing guide.
Is Hi-N-Dry available on prescription?
Yes, Hi-N-Dry may be available on NHS prescription in the UK. Please speak to your GP or nurse prescriber for advice.
What is included in the Starter Pack?
The Large Starter Pack includes 3 pouches and 2 support briefs.
The Small Starter Pack includes 1 pouch and 1 support brief (size selected at checkout).
